Must Have’s

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit - they are a small but mighty team!
• Confident communicator, especially on the phone - you’ll be dealing with clients and consumers
• Great organisation skills - you can prioritise and multitask
• Attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
• Confident using Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of social media platforms - you’ll be creating engaging social campaigns!

Nice to have’s

• Experience supporting projects or working in an office based setting
• Strong customer service experience - hospitality is great!
• Familiarity with data protection and compliance
• A passion for insight, research, or working with big brands
• Experience managing social media campaigns or using survey software

So what will you be doing?

• Supporting Project Managers on fieldwork projects from start to finish
• Attending client calls and taking notes (with scope to lead in future)
• Setting up project documents, schedules, forms, and reports
• Running creative participant recruitment campaigns
• Managing suppliers (venues, briefings, logistics)
• Calling and assessing potential research participants
• Tracking applications and building participant profiles
• Keeping documentation organised and accurate
• Ensuring GDPR compliance and high data standards
• Attending in-person research in cities like London, Manchester, and Birmingham
