Project Executive - Events

Role - Project Executive
Salary - up to £35,000
Hours - Office Hours

The Professional Services Division of SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Executive for a specialist events company. This is a brand new position within a small family run business

The role of a Project Executive will included::

- To answer sales enquiries (e-mail and phone) with professionalism, technical knowledge, courtesy, attention to detail and enthusiasm
- To send a quotation and supporting documentation the same day if at all possible, or the next day if not
- To follow up on the quotation up to 3 times or until such time as the quote is classified as "dead" or proceeds to an order. To keep enquiries organised by priority, easily identifiable so that they can be accessed by other staff.
- To obtain visuals for client to approve, if requested
- To obtain an order in writing via email or with a Purchase Order, invoicing details and costs so that a Sales Invoice is raised in a timely manner
- To place orders for manufacture of product with suppliers as appropriate
- To liaise with client to obtain final artwork in the correct format
- To monitor production ( and be responsible for everything that entails!) to ensure deadlines are met and offer solutions to client if deadlines change
- To raise invoices using Sage Line 50

The Ideal Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will be engaging and enthusiastic
- Have excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Have a strong background in client servicing
- Is self motived and proactive, capable of processing sales enquiries and co-ordinating live projects from concept to installation
