Job Description - Project Finance Administrator

YOU MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION / ENGINEERING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

Project Finance Administrator

Hours: 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00
Office Based - CANARY WHARF

This role supports the finance function across new and ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, reporting, invoicing, and cost tracking. It also involves raising POs and providing analysis to help guide project decisions. In addition, the role may include coordination tasks to support smooth financial and operational processes.

Candidate requirements:

Experience within Construction / Engineering sector finance function.
Strong excel knowledge
Strong organisational skills required
Commercially aware
Must have RTW in the UK

Job responsibilities

Prepare and submit applications to clients.
Complete reconciliations and maintain accurate bank balancing records.
Conduct analysis and produce regular financial and operational reports.
Manage client invoicing, including raising and processing invoices.
Maintain and update multiple cost trackers to monitor project and business expenses.
Liaise and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Raise purchase orders and provide administrative support across finance and operations functions.
