Project / Installation Coordinator

Project / Installation Coordinator required. Our client is a well-established market leading engineering company specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of construction projects based in the Hertford area. Due to continued success and growth of the business, they are seeking an enthusiastic Project / Installation Coordinator to join their contracts team.

Working as part of their very busy contracts team, the Labour Scheduler will be responsible for planning, scheduling and managing labour across all projects on a day-to-day basis.

Project / Installation Coordinator Position Overview

• Working closely with the project and site management team to ensure labour requirements are met
• Maintaining the labour tracking software
• Utilising Sage to issue purchase orders
• Obtaining quotations from subcontractors and negotiating costs
• Tracking the expenses for the install team
• Organising plant hire equipment
• Contacting customers to arrange attendance on site

Project / Installation Coordinator Position Requirements

• Previous experience within a similar role is a distinct advantage
• Based in a commutable distance of Hertford
• Understanding of construction installation projects
• Understanding of MS Excel
• Good communication and organisation skills

Project / Installation Coordinator Position Remuneration

• Salary £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00. Permanent position.
• 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
• Private healthcare, pension & death in service benefit
