Role – Project Landscape Architect

Location – Bedfordshire/Hybrid

Salary - £40 – 50K DOE

Are you looking for a design focussed role with no LVIA?

If you’re a Landscape Architect with around 3 to 6 years’ experience and you want to stay focused on design rather than LVIA, this one is definitely worth a look.

We’re working with a small, established landscape practice in Bedfordshire that works on a great mix of projects across commercial, public realm and high-end residential. You’ll get involved in projects from the early ideas and concepts right through to the technical stages and delivery, with plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility as you progress. It’s a smaller team, so you’re not going to be stuck working on one tiny part of a project. You’ll get to design, develop your technical skills, deal with clients and actually see your projects through.

They offer excellent hybrid flexibility, which also means they can consider people based across a much wider area, including Suffolk, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire and Central London.

PROJECT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

* A degree in Landscape Architecture

* 3 to 6 Years’ experience

* Concept and detailed landscape design

* Technical drawing packages and construction information

* Planting design and specification

* Project coordination and delivery

* Working with clients and external consultants

* Coordinating with architects and wider design teams

* Managing individual projects and workloads

* Supporting less experienced members of the team where required
