Role: Finance Project Lead - Transformation Programme
Location: Derby (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £80,000
Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term

Key Projects You'd Lead:
?? Finance System Replacement - Overhauling the core finance system for better efficiency and reporting.
?? Billing Transformation - Implementing a new system to streamline payments and customer interaction.
?? Repairs Accounting Integration - Enhancing financial oversight of repairs & maintenance.

This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the Finance Director with a dotted line into the Director of Transformation, ideal for someone with finance transformation, system migration, and stakeholder management experience.

What They're Looking For:
? Qualified Accountant (ACCA or equivalent) with finance transformation expertise.
? Proven track record in finance system replacements, billing transformation, or payment modernisation.
? Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive change in finance & IT teams.
