Project Lead for Property Asset Strategy

We seek a Project Lead for Property Asset Strategy to deliver our client transformation program aims to enhance resident and community engagement by establishing a town centre hub along with satellite locations. The role focuses on developing a proposal for services to be offered in the hub, collaborating with various directors and partner agencies to refine the service integration.

Key responsibilities include developing a project delivery plan, maintaining an engagement strategy, assessing space and technology requirements, and establishing effective project management and governance arrangements. Regular updates to stakeholders and collaboration with construction teams for space adaptations are also essential.

Supplementary Accountabilities: Direct other team members in support of the Workplace and Resident Access strategy and ensure the hub aligns with the satellite centre model.

Professional Qualifications: Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner qualifications or significant equivalent experience preferred.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Extensive senior project management experience, especially in business transformation.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to operate at all organisational levels and challenge decisions when necessary.
• Promotes excellent customer service and resident engagement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with effective interpersonal abilities.
