Robert Walters are working with an organisation looking for a Project Officer to join their team. As a PMO, you'll support the planning, delivery, and reporting of a diverse portfolio of IT and business change projects. Working within the IS Team, you'll collaborate with project managers and teams across the organisation to help implement meaningful change and innovation.

• Support the coordination and monitoring of technical and business project streams

• Maintain project documentation, plans, risk logs, and reporting tools

• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes

• Take ownership of project tasks and drive their successful delivery

• Ensure projects are aligned with organisational goals, safeguarding policies, and sustainability objectives

Key requirements:

• Experienced in supporting project delivery (ideally with PRINCE2 or similar methodologies)
• 1 - 2 years + experience in a similar role
• Strong technical awareness and communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Building positive working relationships across varied teams
• Have great customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
