An exciting opportunity for a Project or Contracts Manager with a refurbishment background to join a thriving contractor who are working on a variety of complex student accommodation projects within a growing contractor operating across the UK.

Are you looking to work on a variety of accommodation projects? Do you have good refurbishment experience? Are you a project or contracts manager looking to work for an expanding contractor.

This Contractor specliase in high end refurbishment projects, prominently with student accommodation as well as hotels and residential. This company have built a strong client base allowing rapid growth over the last 5 years. With summer always being their busiest period they are looking to recruit a Project Manager, with proven refurbishment experience, to join the business and work on upcoming projects.

You will be site based up to three times a week and home based twice, you must be willing to travel across the country with the occasional overnight stays. You will be tasked with ensuring projects are complete on time and to budget with responsibilities including overseeing budget control, liaising with clients, following project programme and organising labour.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Project Management background on refurbishment or fit out projects. You will have experience working on student accommodation, apartment or hotel works looking to join a growing contractor working in a progressive role.

The Role:
* Project or Contracts management
* Overseeing the smooth delivery of student accommodation refurbishment projects from £3 - £10M
* Creating Project programs, liaising with external stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
* Ensuring health and safety on site and working alongside the Site Managers

The Person
* Project or Contracts Management experience
* Strong refurbishment background - ideally student accommodation, apartment or hotel refurbishment projects
* Experience creating project programmes and working alongside the QS overseeing delivery of multiple projects
* Happy to travel to sites around the UK
* Full UK Driving License
