Our client is on the lookout for a Project Manager to take the lead in delivering high-impact transformation initiatives that align with organisational strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of major change, overseeing complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and with lasting business value.

• Take ownership of large-scale change and transformation projects.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Improvement Teams to shape delivery plans.

• Manage project scope, schedules, and resources in a dynamic environment.

• Proactively handle risks, issues, and interdependencies.

• Engage stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership.

• Ensure benefits are realised and change is embedded across the business.

• Strong grasp of project management approaches like Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP.

• Experience managing risk, change, and resources on complex initiatives.

• Familiarity with business analysis and its role in successful project delivery.

• Background in digital transformation, operational improvement, and business change

• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.

This role is offering circa £45,000 - £50,000, based in Bolton 1-2 days a week.
