Job Description - Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager seeking a new, exciting opportunity on a permanent basis? This role offers the opportunity to oversee the successful delivery of crucial water and wastewater projects, ensuring they meet all time, budget, scope, and quality objectives. You will lead the project team in developing, procuring, and delivering complex major projects at various large treatment works sites. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new project opportunities through business relationships.
Draft customer offers based on the best solutions, managing end-to-end project activities with full P&L responsibility.
Own multiple projects and report on budget and schedule variances.
Define project scope and maintain control using company processes and procedures.
Provide high standards of Health and Safety through supervision, good management practices, inspections, and monitoring.
Keep management and customers informed on project progress against the plan.
Control project scope through change management procedures.
Conduct site inspections and write risk assessments.

Essential Requirements/Experience:

A minimum of 4+ years’ experience working In a Project Management position within a similar environment
Experience working in the water / wastewater sector would be highly desirable
Experience delivering major complex projects within a regulated infrastructure environment.
Capability with risk-based and analytical decision-making.
Excellent management skills across multi-disciplined teams and strong communication skills.

Salary Package:

Competitive salary - £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)
