My client has a project they require a Project Manager's to deliver in the Merseyside region. The Project is a mixture of new build affordable housing and steel frame low rise apartments. The Project Manager they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background. Experience working for a main building contractor on ideally residential projects with values of 20million plus.

As Project Manager you will have proven experience running schemes through to completion stages. With an excellent health and safety track record. The role involves chairing meeting and client involvement, which is key to the position.

The Project Manager they are looking for, will have proven working history of delivering projects from inception through to completion. You will be co ordinating the project to meet deadlines and completion stages.
