We’re hiring a Project & Installations Manager on behalf of a well-established, industry-leading joinery company that’s been delivering excellence for over 25 years.

Specialising in bespoke solutions for luxury hotel groups like Hilton and IHG, as well as stunning residential spaces, this company’s commitment to quality and precision is second to none.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the anchor between design and delivery, you’ll lead the charge on bespoke joinery installations across the UK.

From planning and procurement to on-site execution and client handover, you’ll ensure every project runs like clockwork and exceeds expectations.

• Own the full lifecycle of high-end joinery projects—from kickoff to final installation
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Lead and inspire installation teams on site
• Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and suppliers
• Conduct site surveys and monitor progress
• Enforce top-tier health & safety and quality standards
• Keep stakeholders in the loop with progress reports and project documentation
• Gather feedback and constantly look for ways to improve

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in project/installations management in joinery, construction, or interiors
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
• Proactive problem-solver with sharp attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Degree in Project or Construction Management (preferred, not essential)
• Passionate about high-quality craftsmanship and service
