Project Manager - Hybrid (Burton on Trent) - Software Development

We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager with 1+ years' experience to take the lead in delivering software development projects with precision and energy. You’ll be guiding a motivated team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and uphold high-quality standards. This is a hybrid position, requiring attendance in the Burton on Trent office one day per week, with occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, proactively handling risks, issues, and changes in scope.

• Coordinate daily project activities and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

• Use Azure DevOps and Modern Requirements to plan, track, and manage progress.

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

• Ensure all project work aligns with Quality Management Systems and relevant regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or Certified Scrum Master qualification.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing projects within a software development setting.

• Familiarity with regulated environments and adherence to quality standards.

• Excellent communication skills and a talent for managing stakeholders effectively.

• Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile ways of working.
