£45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Progression to Director + CPD Support + Flexible Hours

This company is a long-established firm of Chartered Building Surveyors based in Cirencester, specialising in the restoration, planning, and design of historic and listed buildings including period homes and traditional pubs. Known for their reputation and client-focused approach, they are now looking for a Project Manager to support their continued growth.

You'll manage varied projects from planning through to completion, liaising directly with clients, contractors and suppliers, assist with contract administration, and play a key role in maintaining high standards across the business.
The ideal candidate will have relevant construction industry experience, excellent communication and people skills, and a good understanding of building regulations and contract law.

The Role:
· Managing projects from initial planning to completion
· Preparing specifications, bills of quantities, and overseeing contract administration
· Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams
· Assisting with surveying tasks where needed (training provided)
· Based in Cirencester with projects typically within a 30-mile radius

The Person:
· Experience in construction project/contract management
· Strong people skills, time management, and commercial awareness
· Knowledge of building regulations and contract law
