Cactus Search are proud to be working with a client that is looking to deliver some fantastic savings across the business that in turn help reduce the overall cost to serve its customer and deliver a better service as a result.

The Project Manager we are looking for will successfully manage and deliver projects in line with the agreed structure within the business from set up, through delivery and up to project closure.

The Project Manager will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

What we need from you…

• At least 12 months business side project management experience. This isn't an IT Project Manager role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a wide range and variety of audiences
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• Able to motivate others to drive and lead change initiatives
• Able to challenge constructively
• Solid planning and organisation skills
• Good understanding of multiple change management methodologies
