The Role:

My client are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to oversee retail fit-out projects ranging from £150,000 to £1 million. This role offers hybrid working, with regular site visits across the UK. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Manage multiple fast-track fit-out projects from inception to completion.

Site Management: Regularly visit sites across the UK to ensure smooth operations and resolve any on-site challenges.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.

Budget & Timeline Management: Maintain control over project costs and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations and company safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Proven track record in project management within the construction industry, preferably in retail fit-out.

Trade Background: Ideally, you will have hands-on experience in a trade, providing a strong technical understanding.

Enthusiasm & Drive: A proactive and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel across the UK for site visits while benefiting from hybrid working.
