Project Manager

A successful construction company based in N/W Ireland with sites nationwide is looking to recruit a Project Manager with residential experience in managing a social housing scheme for Sligo County Council under a public works contract.

What you’ll do as Project Manager:

• Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and taking responsibility for overseeing a full projects team and subcontractors.
• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site.
• Maintaining the highest levels of Health and Safety.
• Managing the requisition process for all materials and plant on site.
• Ensuring the project is delivered efficiently to the satisfaction of the client.

We’re looking for a Project Manager with:

• Being familiar contract documents supplied by the Client/Architect
• Experience in the construction industry including previous Project Management experience.
• Previous experience working with Public Works.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision -making skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Demonstrate an understanding of BIM and digital construction technologies.
• Excellent IT Skills.
