Highways Framework Civil Engineering

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering civil infrastructure through public sector frameworks? We're seeking a capable and motivated PM to take the lead on a portfolio of impactful highway and infrastructure schemes across Cambridge, as part of the Eastern Highways Alliance (EHA) Framework.

Location: Must be based within 1 hour of Cambridge or willing to travel in and around this area.

Salary: £70,000-£80,000

Car Allowance: £600/month

You'll be managing a diverse range of civil engineering projects with values from £3 million to £40 million, starting within the next three months. These include both Design & Build and Build-only schemes, depending on project scope and value.

The projects aim to deliver vital upgrades to transport networks, roadways, junctions, and active travel routes across the region-supporting community growth and improving public infrastructure.

• Proven experience managing civil engineering or infrastructure projects within a framework environment
  
  
• Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
  
  
• Familiarity with public sector infrastructure delivery processes
  
  
• Flexible across both D&B and Build-only project models
  
  
• Based within one hour of Cambridge
