Project Manager - Artwork & Print (Hybrid - London)
Salary: Up to £34,000
Full Time | Permanent | Hybrid working (1 day/week in London, more during training)

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in artwork, pre-press or print production? We're looking for someone with a strong ability to manage multiple projects, communicate with clarity, and work collaboratively with both clients and internal teams.

In this role, you'll take ownership of projects from initial brief through to final file release, ensuring every stage is delivered on time and to a high standard. This is a hybrid position based in London, typically requiring just one day per week in the office - though during training, a couple of office days per week will be needed to ensure a smooth onboarding.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple client projects from brief to completion, ensuring timelines and critical paths are met
• Acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships
• Leading internal and external stakeholders through each stage of the project process
• Keeping key documentation and project trackers up to date, including some financial tracking
• Attending relevant project meetings and escalating risks where needed
• Supporting teams with artwork/pre-press queries and offering consultative input

Project Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in project management, preferably within artwork, pre-press, or print
• Strong understanding of artwork and print production processes (reprographics knowledge a plus)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Professional, presentable, and confident in a client-facing role
