The Project Manager will lead this critical project consolidating operational and manufacturing capabilities from two sites into one, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Description

Finalize project goals, scope, and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, define key milestones, and track progress
Allocate and manage project resources (people, budget, materials) effectively
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Ensure alignment of activities with project milestones and timelines
Monitor and manage project expenses
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and decisions
Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards and project requirements
Address project issues proactively, manage change requests, and adjust plans as needed to maintain momentum
Ensure all deliverables are completed, lessons learned are documented, and the project is formally closed

Site Relocation Project Manager
Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Project Management qualification (Prince 2 etc.)
Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation projects, in a manufacturing environment
Experience working in a multinational organization with matrixed teams
