Job Title: Project Manager - Retail Shopfitting

Location: Office-based in North West England (with UK-wide travel to sites)

Salary: £60,000-£65,000 + Competitive Package

The Opportunity

My client are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join their dynamic team, specializing in retail Shopfitting projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of high-profile clients, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of exciting nationwide fit-out schemes from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of retail shopfitting projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are achieved

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Oversee site progress through regular visits across the UK

Coordinate subcontractors and manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and industry regulations

Report on project performance and proactively resolve issues

Requirements

Proven experience in project management within the shopfitting or retail fit-out sector

Strong joinery background preferred

Willingness and flexibility to travel to sites across the UK

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and drive projects under pressure in a fast-paced environment
