Where strategy meets delivery

This is not just another consultancy role. It is an opportunity to lead on the organisational design and delivery planning for a high-value defence programme involving nuclear capability. The work is complex, sensitive and strategically important.
You will take charge of a delivery workstream during a critical concept phase. Your role will be to plan, cost and document the organisational model, then help translate it into action. You will operate independently, working closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams to drive progress.

What you’ll be doing

? Leading the organisational delivery workstream
? Producing structured plans, costs and documentation
? Managing stakeholders across the client and supplier teams
? Using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate clearly and credibly
? Acting as a visible leader in a client-facing environment

What you’ll bring

? Experience in MOD or nuclear (civil or defence) projects
? An engineering / STEM degree or strong engineering background
? Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders in defence settings
? A consultant's mindset: structured, independent, delivery focused
? Current SC clearance and sole British nationality
