A well-established and growing building services provider near Heathrow is expanding its successful operations. Due to continued growth and contract wins, they are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical and mechanical projects from initial assessment to full delivery. Based at Heathrow Airport, you'll work in a close-knit team of engineers, supervisors, and administrators - all focused on delivering high-quality, compliant work in a collaborative, team-first environment.

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for evaluating jobs, managing quotes, leading your engineering team, and ensuring timely, on-budget project delivery. The role involves both office and on-site work (5 days a week, occasional WFH), managing multiple contracts simultaneously and liaising directly with clients. You'll work closely with the admin team, procurement, and site staff, and be actively involved in training, resourcing, and planning. This is a full end-to-end project management position within a dynamic airport environment.

The ideal candidate will come from a building services background with mechanical and/or electrical systems knowledge - particularly in reactive maintenance, refurbishments, clean water systems, pumps, fans, valves, and controls. Experience working at Heathrow or another airport environment is highly desirable, but not essential. A strong leader who can assess technical problems, find practical solutions, and communicate clearly across teams will excel here.
