Job Description - Project Manager

Holt Executive are partnered with a high-tech, and highly innovative Space solutions leader that are focused on the design, development and support of electronics-based systems, spanning products for satellite simulation and test, Electrical Ground Support Equipment, TT&C, TM/TC systems, modems, and data processing systems.

Our partner is seeking a Project Manager to support all programmatic aspects of one, or multiple projects throughout their project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

Preparing Project Management and Development plans.
Creating, maintaining, and oversight of project plans, for new and existing projects.
The assignment of tasks and task monitoring.
Oversight and control of project costs/budgets.
Management of sub-contractors and suppliers and supporting with procurement and production processes.
Customer interfacing, and participation in customer review meetings.
Coordination of activities across the project teams.
Reporting status updates to senior management.
Oversight and maintenance of risks to the projects and potential roadblocks.
Supporting with inputs for proposals/bids as and when required.

Key Skills & Experience for the Project Manager:

A BSc. (or higher) in Computer Science, Aeronautics, or Electrical Engineering.
3+ years of experience as project leader/manager in an Electronic Systems environment.
Experience in the management of subcontractors.
Experience in projects relating to system development in the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Fluency in English.
Experience in formal ESA documentation requirements and workflow according to ECSS would be an benefit.

The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the EU/EEA.

This opportunity is an onsite position in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.
