Project Manager

A reputable consultancy in Newcastle is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee commercial, infrastructure and education projects across the North East. The ideal Project Manager will be confident managing teams, tracking progress and maintaining client satisfaction from start to finish.

The Project Manager will work across all RIBA stages, providing programme and cost oversight, contract admin and team coordination. You'll manage risk and deliver value for clients.

• 3+ years' consultancy experience as a Project Manager

• Degree in construction/project management

• MRICS/APM/MCIOB preferred

• Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts

• Excellent client management skills

• £44,000 - £58,000 per annum
