Project Manager

A highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy based in Reading is seeking a driven Project Manager to join their established team. With a strong pipeline of work across commercial, public and healthcare schemes, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in end-to-end project management.

Project management is central to this consultancy's success, and they're looking for a Project Manager who can manage complex projects from inception to completion. You'll take ownership of planning, stakeholder management and compliance while working within a wider project management team that values collaboration and professional development.

The Project Manager will lead on delivering medium to large-scale projects, working across sectors including healthcare, commercial, and education. You'll liaise with clients, contractors and design teams, ensuring project management procedures are adhered to from day one.

You'll conduct risk assessments, manage budgets, produce tender documents and lead project meetings. Effective project management will be crucial in ensuring all contractual, health & safety and timescale obligations are met. You will also support junior staff development and work alongside Project Directors to monitor project performance.

• Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or a related field

• Professional membership (e.g. MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB) desirable

• Strong project management experience in construction consultancy

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Able to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

• £50,000 - £60,000
