Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised individual to join our team as a project leader. This position involves overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
• Facilitate project meetings and document minutes and action items.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
