Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team at Neon Developments. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering projects to ensure they meet our clients' expectations and are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of projects are delivered effectively.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of risk management principles.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting.
