Project Manager

Lead the day-to-day management of Digital Transformation Project from mobilisation through to implementation, transition and early embedding, maintaining an integrated delivery plan across all workstreams.
Establish and maintain effective project controls, including scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, decisions, budget monitoring and reporting.
Work closely with the Senior Responsible Owner, Programme Board, sponsors, vendor, business owners and workstream leads to support timely decision-making, escalation and resolution of cross-functional issues.
Coordinate delivery activity across all key areas of the programme.
Manage day-to-day relationships with TechnologyOne Project Manager.
Prepare and maintain governance documentation, highlight reports, decision logs, risk registers, project plans and readiness updates to support effective oversight and assurance.
Lead the planning and coordination of design, configuration, migration, integration and testing activities, ensuring that business and technical inputs are aligned and sequenced appropriately.
Prepare papers and updates for programme governance meetings and ensure that agreed actions are tracked and completed.
Ensure that programme risks are identified early and managed effectively.
Coordinate cutover and transition planning to support a safe implementation and continuity of service across critical functions.
Promote collaborative, well-governed working across business and technical teams throughout the life of the project.Please click to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
