Project Manager

Responsible to: Managing Director

Role Objective

To ensure that

  RNSS projects are effectively and efficiently delivered

  
  

Duties

1. To handle client enquiries and liaise with the Administrator, the senior Project Manager and Managing Director regarding all aspects of project management and service delivery


2. To provide advice, quotes and specifications to clients in a timely manner to maximise the efficiency of our inventory whilst providing the best value for money service to our clients


3. To ensure that all bookings are received and correctly logged, filed and serviced, including devising, implementing and running business systems as required.


4. To liaise with other on-site services to ensure that events run smoothly, including being onsite as required


5. To create load lists, RAMS and crew briefing packs in good time


6. To liaise with subcontractors and ensure that they are correctly briefed in good time about the site and their tasks


7. To liaise with the rest of the warehouse team and assist them to ensure jobs are correctly prepped, delivered and returned


8. To maintain a high level, practical understanding of our equipment and assist in maintaining and updating all items.


9. To ensure, with the rest of the team, that all equipment leaving the building is properly maintained and tested with records kept.


10. To ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations


11. To ensure that any necessary records are kept and to make timely reports to the Managing Director as appropriate


12. To undertake any other reasonable duties as may be required by the Managing Director
