Project Manager — Retail Fit-Out (Nationwide)
£300–£320 per dayContractNationwide (UK-wide travel)
Optio Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a retail fit-out contractor delivering projects nationwide.
The Role

Full project management of retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes from pre-construction to handover
Managing multiple Site Managers and site teams across live projects
Owning programme, budget, and client relationships throughout
Overseeing procurement, subcontractor appointment, and commercial performance
Reporting into senior management on project progress and risk

About You

Proven Project Manager experience within retail construction/fit-out
Strong commercial and programme management skills
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White/Gold), First Aid at Work required
Full UK driving licence, willing to travel nationwide
