* Support budget and scope management by coordinating activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, production, quality and customer support functions.
* Identify, record and monitor project risks, issues and opportunities, supporting the implementation of appropriate mitigation and follow-up actions.
* Identify potential contractual changes and variations, assisting with their assessment, negotiation, agreement, implementation and control.
* Apply consistent project management processes, tools and best practices to support effective project delivery.
* Maintain accurate project records, documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, action logs and audit trails.
* Review supplier and project documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance, coordinating responses and escalating issues where necessary.
* Support the timely distribution, storage, retrieval and archiving of project documentation.
* Assist with the preparation of shipping, logistics and delivery information as required.
* Work alongside commercial colleagues to participate in customer meetings and support the preparation of tenders and proposals.
* Travel to customer and supplier sites in the UK and internationally as required.
* Represent the business professionally when dealing with customers, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
* Experience in project coordination, project engineering or project support, ideally within large-scale design, manufacturing, engineering or construction projects.
* A basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, cost and scope control, risk management, change control and contractual compliance, with a willingness to develop these skills.
* Sufficient technical understanding to read and interpret engineering documentation, drawings and specifications, seeking guidance when required.

* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, maintain accurate records and manage competing deadlines.
* Good written and verbal communication skills, alongside developing negotiation skills and the confidence to raise concerns when necessary.
* The ability to collaborate across departments, build effective working relationships and influence others towards shared objectives.
