A new and exciting position has recently become live with a leading IT managed service provider.

They are searching for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful applicant will have at least 3 years of experience in a project management role and a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methods.

This role offers a hybrid working structure, therefore you will need to live and have the full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leading the successful execution of large-scale implementation projects, overseeing the entire process from initiation to support handover.
Coordinating stage-end reviews, client communication, resource allocation, documentation, risk management, and deliverables.
Fostering close collaboration with clients and consultants to implement Microsoft solutions in line with established standards.
Driving the deployment of solutions through meticulous project and resource planning, leveraging Office 365 tools.
Ensuring adherence to standard baselines in solution delivery, facilitating seamless adoption of new technology for clients.
Upholding project compliance with governance, documentation, and quality requirements.
Promoting engagement, communication, and training to facilitate smooth technology adoption.

Essential Skills:
A project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
Proficiency in a comparable role with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
adept problem-solving skills.
Solid commercial and business acumen.
A successful history of delivering high-value, intricate projects within a B2B context.

Essential Experience:
Managing resources, including overseeing internal teams and third-party suppliers as needed.
Utilising project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Advanced Roadmaps, or Trello.
Implementing Agile or waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Developing and maintaining project delivery plans, including phase and stage plans, as well as detailed project plans.
Ensuring comprehensive project documentation.
Addressing project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
Monitoring progress and report updates, presenting project status and key decisions to project steering groups.
Cultivating self-organised and cross-functional teams.
