London Market Insurance Experience a Must Have Requirement.

Our client is looking for a Transformation PM who is well versed in IT Transformation within the London Market.

There is also another PM requiring experience surrounding Data and Algorithm projects.

Key Skills A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.

Proven experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.

Experience of working with an extensive and diverse stakeholder group including senior stakeholders and external stakeholders Exceptional communication skills – both written and oral.

Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation, providing coaching and support Excellent active listening skills.

Must be a team player and able to work with and through others, across both Digital and Infrastructure Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

Experience with large-scale organisational change effort.
