We collaborate with leading artists and estates across various domains including printmaking, physical artwork marketplaces, NFTs, publishing, digital, film production, art research, and analysis.
We are now looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate our numerous physical projects.
The Role: The Project Manager will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for the scope, schedule, finances, risk, quality, and resources of a project.
This includes planning, managing, and adjusting various project elements, while maintaining effective collaboration and clear communication with team members and external partners.
The role is essential in overseeing, managing, and coordinating our various ongoing physical projects.
We are open to considering candidates at all levels of experience, given that this is the first role of its kind.
The ideal candidate will be an organised and self-motivated individual who enjoys keeping abreast across many parts of the business, as well as demonstrate persistence and determination in getting things done.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a background in complex industries such as events management, construction or manufacturing and looking for a new challenge to utilise their project management skills in a new industry.
Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
The Ideal Candidate Profile: Demonstrated leadership, management, and decision-making skills.
Proven abilities in time management, organisation, and working under pressure.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Adept at analytical thinking.
Has a background as a project manager in a demanding sector such as events management, manufacturing or construction.
Project management qualifications are a plus.
