The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction or architectural industry, with a focus on façade systems. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution. Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Understand client requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress. Address any concerns or issues promptly to maintain strong client relationships. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies accordingly. Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget to minimize disruptions and ensure project success. Quality Assurance:
Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to monitor workmanship and address any deviations promptly. Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to achieve project objectives effectively. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement. Financial Management:
Monitor project costs, expenditures, and invoicing to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and profitability targets. Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and projections for internal review and client approval. Health and Safety Compliance:
Prioritize the health and safety of all personnel involved in the project by enforcing adherence to relevant health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in project management within the construction or architectural industry, with a focus on facade systems. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to facade systems. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Procore). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
