What does a day-day look like in this role?
Delivering projects on schedule and within budget as specified by project plans.
Managing project risks through the prioritization, planning, up to delivery.
Ensuring the project scope is clearly defined and documented at the onset of the project.
Managing scope changes and change requests escalating internally and externally as necessary impacts on costs, schedules, and deliverables.
Demonstrates project control through disciplined measurement, assessment, planning, and reporting.
Establishes trusted relationships with the project team, key influencers/stakeholders, and executive.
Motivates the team to drive toward success and find ways to overcome difficulties.
Shares and encourages others to share and use the lessons learned from project.
Identifies, suggests, and implements improvements to processes.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone passionate about project management within the healthcare industry.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Great analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse personality types.
PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification is preferred.
Working Arrangements
Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely.
May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays.
On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
