Project Manager

Our client are an established main contractor who work on education, leisure, healthcare and commercial projects across the North West. They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager/ Project Manager to join their team overseeing projects in the North West, first one being in Lancashire.

Duties include:
Overseeing projects valued around £2M-12M in value. These will be mostly internal/external refurbishment and small new build schemes.
Leading projects through the preconstruction stage, taking them through to delivery and handover.
Managing client relationships.
Ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed.
Working closely with the health & safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved.
