Job Description - Project Manager
Role:
Support Digital Design and Manufacturing Services and Lean Project Lifecycle Management – DDMS & LPLM, Project objectives in compilation, engagement, deployment and communications within the Procurement Operations and Commercial commodity Teams and working closely with external Suppliers.
Responsibility:
Manage Project tasks and Activities for Suppliers’ deployment of the new DDMS processes and Tools
Manage and monitor supplier performance using performance KPIs, dashboard, Project plans and specific action plans resulting from pilots and supplier activities, feedback, gap analyses and assessments. (Project plans management and reporting)
Assess and confirm supplier capacity and capability and performance to meet Project deployment objectives.
Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions
Support and manage project risks and registers.
Facilitate and Participate in Supplier pilots/tests, analysis, validation and drumbeat reviews.
Project activities, inclusive of KPIs for monitoring and reporting.
Ensure team engagement to maintain motivation and maximise organisation efficiency.
