Job DescriptionProject ManagerLondon £60,000 + car/car allowanceFourblue has teamed up with an NERS-accredited independent multi-utility connection provider. With over 15 years of experience within the industry, they work closely with house builders, developers and consultants to deliver electricity, water & gas connections for residential, commercial and industrial projects.They are growing their construction team and are seeking driven individuals to be part of this exciting expansion. As the Project Manager, you will be covering a wide range of network connection projects, managing the cycle of the projects and the clients. With two opportunities on offer, you will either cover East London sites or West London sites.What’s in it for you?25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension contributions matched up to 7%Life assurance (x4 salary)Private medical insuranceCompany sick payResponsibilities of the Project Manager:Take responsibility for project safety & qualityEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budgetPlan and supervise multi-utility works inclusive of cable/pipe jointing, substation/PRI installation, excavation & reinstatement in the highway, cable/pipe installation, commissioning and energisationProduce financial project forecastsEnsure robust and clear communication across all project stakeholdersProduce and maintain the project programmePrepare Work Instructions, Risk Assessments & Method StatementsLiaise with External stakeholders e.g. Local AuthoritiesProcure and control project materialsLiaise with Network owners to complete final connectionsCriteria for the Project Manager:Experienced in managing multiple projects across different locationsConstruction site experienceExperienced in managing an internal and external site-based workforceStrong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting, forecasting and cost controlIf you are looking to join a company that offer clear progression paths with training and development, please send me your C.V and we will call you.
