Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing digital projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Allocate resources and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and content creators.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.

Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
Manage client expectations and address any concerns promptly.

Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or roadblocks.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project management or account management, preferably within a digital agency or a tech company.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and design processes.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
PRINCE2 or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
