Job Description

We are looking for a

HVAC Project Manager

to join our growing client North of Birmingham to manage projects from concept to completion.

* This role DOES NOT provide sponsorship*

Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm

Car Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

Manage HVAC projects from concept to completion – manage project timelines, budgets, resources etc.
Conduct site visits to assess requirements and troubleshoot any issues prior to the project starting
Oversee subcontractors to complete installations
Running multiple projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment and installation practices is essential

Key Attributes:

5 years+ in HVAC Project Management
Experience in Office fit out, retail, shop fit out or leisure fit outs ideal – Cat A or Cat B
95% of projects are in London with travel to other UK cities and locations required
Mechanical Building Services degree ideal or similar
