Remuneration: £55,000 + Discretionary bonus

The role of the Project Manager – Bespoke Joinery will involve:

* Project Manager position for a range of bespoke joinery projects across residential and commercial sectors

* Visit sites when required to conduct inspections, and site assessments

* Manage all aspects of the project from tender all the way through to the completion

* Write up health and safety documents for each individual site

* Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide reports for the project

* Attend pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients

* Maintain good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation

* Manage large projects up-to a value of £750k

The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Bespoke Joinery with:

* Must have experience as a Project manager, ideally within the joinery industry although would be open to someone with experience with interior fit-out, refurbishment, bespoke interior products or closely related.

* Highly advantageous to have shop floor / factory / manufacturing experience

* IT literate

* Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
