Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 + Discretionary bonus

The role of the Project Manager – Commercial Refurbishment will involve:

* Project Manager position working on a range of commercial/industrial refurbishments & roofing projects

* Manage multiple construction and refurbishment projects, from contract award through to completion and handover

* Oversee subcontractors, site teams, project programmes and budgets, ensuring efficient project delivery

* Monitor project progress, quality and costs, identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track

* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain high standards across all sites, including occupied buildings

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams, providing progress updates and attending regular meetings with the Construction Director

The ideal applicant will be an Project Manager – Commercial Refurbishment will with:

* Must have extensive experience as an Project Manager, Construction Manager or related

* Ideally have experience with flat roofing systems, refurbishment of large scale industrial and commercial projects

* Experience within the education sector would be highly advantageous

* Proven experience pricing construction projects and preparing tender submissions.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Strong character that’s not afraid to help the team when necessary

* IT literate
