About the role

Construction Logistics Group is looking for an experienced Project manager.

This is a 2-3 month opportunity in Rickmansworth partnering with Tilbury Douglas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Hard Skills

* Project scheduling and budgeting

* Blueprint and technical plan interpretation

* Construction software proficiency (Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD)

* OSHA standards and building code knowledge

* Contract negotiation and vendor management

* Cost estimation and risk assessment

Soft Skills

* Leadership and team coordination

* Strong communication

* Attention to detail

* Conflict resolution

* Time management and multitasking

Desired experience: 5–10 years in construction roles such as project engineer, assistant project manager, or superintendent
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
