Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (Experience dependent)

Hours: Full-time, showroom-based (Not work from home)

Our client is a luxury, design-led kitchen and interiors studio with a reputation for excellence. They create bespoke kitchens that combine innovation, craftsmanship, and exceptional service — and they’re looking for someone to help bring their projects to life.

The Role

You’ll be the bridge between their designers, clients, and installers — making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a varied, hands-on role based in their showroom, where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

• Manage kitchen projects from design handover to installation.
• Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Coordinate with suppliers, fitters, and installers to keep everything on track.
• Solve problems quickly to keep projects moving.
• Follow up with clients after installation to make sure they’re 100% happy.

What They’re Looking For

• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Proactive, with a positive “can-do” approach.
• Previous project management or customer service experience in interiors, kitchens, or similar is an advantage — but not essential if you’re a fast learner with the right attitude.
