Project Manager - Digital Transformation & Data | U.S. Law Firm | Fully Remote

Our client, a leading U.S. law firm known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Digital, Technology & Data (DTD) division. This role sits within the Business Transformation team, which drives strategic improvements across departments such as HR, Finance, Business Development, Pricing, and Legal Operations.

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while working at the forefront of data and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of projects-from AI tool development and data engineering to data governance and the creation of data lakes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver impactful, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex, data-focused projects across the firm
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource plans in partnership with stakeholders
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership
• Drive change management and ensure alignment across departments
• Oversee documentation and support materials for process and technology changes

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in digital transformation or data project management
• Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, PMP, MSP preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional services environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with data platforms, governance frameworks, or AI tools is a plus
• Background in legal tech, consulting, or law firm operations is highly desirable
