Operating across multiple regions of the UK for around four decades, our client has grown steadily — including through recent strategic acquisitions — and holds recognised industry accreditations for installation quality and compliance standards.

Salary and Benefits – Fire and Security Project Manager

£60,000 per annum
Company car or car allowance
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Monday to Friday, standard business hours — no weekend or on-call work
Key Responsibilities – Fire and Security Project Manager

Leading fire and security installation projects from planning through to completion, on time and within budget
Building strong client relationships, understanding requirements and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinating project teams, including engineers and subcontractors, for smooth day-to-day delivery
Identifying risks early and putting mitigation plans in place to protect safety and avoid delays
Ensuring every project meets current fire and security regulations, industry standards and company policy
Monitoring budgets and resource allocation, adjusting as needed to protect profitability
Overseeing quality control so completed work meets or exceeds client expectations
Reporting progress to senior management and clients, flagging milestones and any issues promptly
Continuously looking for ways to improve project delivery processes
Skills and experience – Fire and Security Project Manager:

Minimum 5 years' experience managing fire and/or security projects, with a strong delivery track record
Warden call system experience essential
Full UK driving licence
SMSTS or IOSH qualified
FIA accredited
