In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the project. You will be responsible for Personnel Management as well as Material and Financial Management. You will be responsible for completing Site visits when required - ensuring health and safety is adhered to when doing so. You will also be responsible for producing Site Surveys as well as keeping accurate Technical Documentation. Finally, you will also be responsible client liaison as well as third party/interdepartmental liaison.

The ideal Project Manager will have a background in the Fire Protection Industry as well as previous experience in a Project Manager/Supervisor role or similar. In addition, you will have a knowledge of the Construction Sector/MEP Services as well as strong organisational and communicational skills. Finally, you will hold a full, valid UK driver's license.

• A knowledge of the Construction Sector
